One-liner

Workflo is a macOS menu bar app that puts every window back to its exact position the moment your displays change.

Short description

Workflo lives in the menu bar and silently learns your window layout for every display setup — the laptop alone, the office dock, the home monitors. When displays change, everything snaps back to its remembered position in under a second. Beyond auto-restore, it offers Scenes (named arrangements switchable by hotkey), a drag-and-resize Scene Studio, a one-key Stash that clears and restores the whole desk, calendar and time-of-day triggers, and launch placement that opens new apps where they belong. It's free, runs on macOS 14 and later, and keeps all data on the user's Mac — no accounts, no analytics.

SF Pro carries the brand — semibold, tightly tracked, native to the platform Workflo lives on. SF Mono handles hotkeys, hex values, and data. When SF isn't available, the system sans of the reader's platform is the correct substitute.

Usage

Do / Don't

Do

  • Use the provided SVGs at any size — the mark is built to scale.
  • Keep clear space around the mark equal to the width of its inner pane.
  • Use the dark mark on dark grounds and the light mark on light grounds.
  • Write the name as "Workflo" — one word, capital W.

Don't

  • Recolor, rotate, or add effects to the mark.
  • Remove the dashed ghost pane — it's half the idea.
  • Set the wordmark in another typeface or stretch it.
  • Place the mark on busy imagery without a quiet backing.
